Shipping & Refunds Policy

Waves (Topsons Uniforms) ships its products to almost all parts of India.

All items in the order will be shipped at once. The order will not be shipped in parts.

In some cases, if an item from the order is not available, we will ship it later if feasible or refund amount of that particular item.

Orders placed will be usually shipped within 2-3 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products will be shipped through our partner couriers and transport and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Waves (Topsons Uniforms) is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Waves (Topsons Uniforms) continuously tries to nought such instances.

Also, Waves (Topsons Uniforms) reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

Returns & Refunds

Goods once sold can not be returned and there will be no refund

Exchange

1. Exchange is only possible for size mismatch / wrong item delivery or defective item.
2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
3. Please contact us before sending back the product.
4. No pickup policy: 
   1. We will not be responsible for pickup of the items to be exchanged.
   2. Customer will have to return the item at their own cost and send it to us at:

Cancellation Policy
